"A few years ago, we had planned to buy a new travel trailer. Due to some unforseen financial circumstance, we had to cancel the order. Imperial not only refunded our deposit, they did so with professionalism and kindness. We swore that when it came time to purchase one we would return. We found a beautiful used travel trailer and came back to Imperial (once again working with Ryan) and purchased our dream trailer. Ryan is an amazing customer service representative and made us feel important and worked with us to ensure our large purchase was treated with concern for OUR well being and peace of mind.
