"Jan and I, found the 5th wheel,that We both liked. Ryan, was
very patient, with us. We waited a few months to make the
purchase, until I retired. Ryan, got us a good price on the unit
being our first 5th wheel, with necessary equipment. Like the old story goes, We waited a day to call Ryan. To tell Ryan to mark it sold. Ryan, called back 10 minutes later ti inform us
that another couple came in 30 minutes before our call and purchased the 5th wheel.
But as luck would have it. Ryan, found us another 5th wheel
that He had coming in on trade. It was a great buy, and Ryan
and the staff made us very satisfied, 5th wheel was like new.
Needless to say, We didn't wait to buy this unit.

"A few years ago, we had planned to buy a new travel trailer. Due to some unforseen financial circumstance, we had to cancel the order. Imperial not only refunded our deposit, they did so with professionalism and kindness. We swore that when it came time to purchase one we would return. We found a beautiful used travel trailer and came back to Imperial (once again working with Ryan) and purchased our dream trailer. Ryan is an amazing customer service representative and made us feel important and worked with us to ensure our large purchase was treated with concern for OUR well being and peace of mind. Ryan was patient with our many questions and took time to reassure us when we had doubts about the purchase. Once we signed the deal, Ryan's excellent customer service didn't cease. During our walk-through, we noticed that the tires were worn and we were concerned that we should replace them. Ryan worked with us and not only secured four ties, had them put on, he also shared in the cost. We were blown away by his constant care for our comfort. Robert was amazing as we did our walk-through and again answered all our questions and fixed the small issues we had. He is extremely knowledgeable and we never felt rushed. Imperial has a customer for life and we know that when we are ready to move to a fifth wheel (Ryan) we will be back. I could not imagine a more postiive experience than this. The money spent to purchase our trailer was made even more satisfying in that we were able to work with the awesome team of Robert and Ryan. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
